The information on this page only applies to students who have already been approved through the Choice Program or are eligible for open-enrollment.   In both situations you should have already been in email contact with our counseling secretary, Sandy Kish, completed the information she requested, and been informed that you are now ready to move on to the next step of the enrollment process.  If not, please see the enrollment link found on the main website for more information.  https://www.sandiegounified.org/schools/scrippsranch

You have already picked up the enrollment packet

1) Complete the google doc form.  

*This information is needed in case a counselor must reach out to a student regarding questions about previous courses completed or their course selection for next year.

 

2) Complete the following enrollment items:

3) Complete the Course Requests card per the directions on the card. Make sure to read course descriptions and prerequisites for courses.

*If you do not have the correct course request card for the grade level your student will be enrolling in next year or have misplaced your card, please click on the correct link and download the card.

4) Scan or take a photograph of the following items to attach to an email to Sandy Kish skish@sandi.net. (Please make sure to attach the items to the email, DO NOT include them in the body of the email. Once attached, please confirm all attachments are legible and the photos are easy to see, i.e. not too dark, not too light.) Once the items are submitted to Mrs. Kish, your student will be enrolled in our system and the course requests will be added to our PowerScheduler.

  • SDUSD K-12 Enrollment Form (two pages)

  • CARE Immunization Form

  • Health Info. Exchange Consent Form

  • Home Language Survey

  • Course Request Form (Front and Back)

  • Transcript                                                        *If a transcript is not available at this time, provide a copy of a list of historical grades or previous official semester report cards from middle school (or high school if you are already in high school). 

  • Current Progress grades                                               * These can be official progress report grades, or a print out from PowerSchool or other online school portal account.

5)  Please complete the remainder of the enrollment packet and keep all items for when we are able to collect them in person. The above instructions are needed for the sole purpose of getting classes scheduled.

5)  There is a packet of forms required, in addition to the ones listed above.  Once we are able to get families the remainder of the packet, you will need to complete and submit those forms as well, to maintain enrollment for next school year.
