Before School Year Starts

Students will have the opportunity to request course changes during Kickoff. There will be a Google Form available on the counseling website on the date and time below:

8am - 8pm on 7/30/2025 for 9th Grade
8am - 8pm on 7/30/2025 for 12th Grade
8am - 8pm on 7/31/2025 for 11th Grade
8am - 8pm on 7/31/2025 for 10th Grade

Counselors will not be accepting class change requests made through email. Changes are made if possible.

After School Year Starts

Once the school year has started, counselors will change schedules if the student is misplaced in a course. Examples:​

• 10th grader placed in a 9th grade English class

• Missing course / Incomplete schedule

• Repeat course (e.g., already took Art 1,2 and will not earn credit again)

If a student is struggling in a class and would like to change a level:

• Must fill out a Course Change Request Form.
