GritX

GritX was developed by mental health professionals from the University of California San Francisco with the help from the California Department of Education, Salesforce, Tiatros, Wellness Together, and various school districts. This free interactive psychoeducational resource includes strategies for developing resiliency and self-care skills to help maintain mental well-being.​The GritX website was designed for ages 13 to 26, can be accessed at any time, and does not store personal data or information. The information that is accessed and shared on GritX is confidential and is not given to any staff member.
