Important Dates

Junior Articulation

 

Articulation Video & Resources 

March 1st

3:30 PM

Deadline to submit courses & the Elective Choice Google Form

March 7th

midnight

Optional Meeting w/Counselor

March 8th-12th

*Students will receive a link to sign up for an appointment in their student email account.

On Thursday, March 4th, there will be an email sent to student email accounts with a link to sign up for the optional counselor meeting.  The link will be active until Sunday, March 7th at midnight.  Counselor meetings will be offered March 8th-12th.

All incoming 12th graders MUST complete the Elective Choice Google Form.  The form will remain open and can be updated until Sunday, March 7th at midnight. If you do not submit the form and do not get into the first choice elective classes you requested, then counselors will be required to select your back-up elective class. 

CCAP College Courses:  Go to the College Courses (Dual Enrollment) page for all information pertaining to college courses, including the mandatory CCAP presentation and slidedeck with QR codes.

Assigned Time Home: To qualify for a shortened day (one period of Home), senior students must meet all of the following criteria:

  • 9-12 cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • 36 credits earned by the end of junior year

  • Attempted and completed (or is currently enrolled in) at least one advanced studies course: college course, Advanced or Honors weighted courses, AP course,IB course and/or CCTE college articulated course during grades 10-12.

There will be a Follow-Up Q&A session on November 5th at 2:00 PM via Zoom.  The zoom info will be sent to your student email address on Thursday and you must use your student account to log into the zoom.

Check back at 3:30 P.M. on March 1st to view the Junior Articulation Video to learn about how to select classes for next year and how to register in Student Portal, as well as get access to the articulation card with course choices, the student support document and the link to the Elective Choice Google Form.

The Junior Presentation will be shown in English classes on 11/17 & 11/18. On 11/19, counselors will be visiting English classes to follow-up with students regarding any questions they have from  watching the presentation and reviewing the packet.

The presentation will be posted on this page after the presentations have been shown in the English classes.  

Articulation 2022-23

On January 24th & 25th students will view the  Articulation video in English classes to learn about how to select classes for next year and receive directions for how to register/request classes on Student Portal. Students will also receive a hardcopy of the Articulation Card and Support Document to use while choosing classes.

Starting on January 26th you can view the Articulation Video, the Articulation Card and Supporting Document on this page.


Electronic submissions of course requests in the Student Portal and the Articulation Card are due to English teachers by 3:30 PM on Friday, February 4th.

Counselors will meet one-on-one with students February 28th-March 4th in English classes to confirm class choices and answer questions.

Articulation 2022-23

On January 23rd students were shown the  Articulation video in Science classes to learn about how to select classes for next year and receive directions for how to register/request classes on Student Portal. Students also received a hardcopy of the Articulation Card and Support Document to use while choosing classes. (All items are now posted below.)

Starting on January 24th you can view the Articulation Video, the Articulation Card and Supporting Document on this page.

On January 26th at 4:30 P.M., the counselors will be available by zoom to answer follow-up questions after families have reviewed the video and articulation documents. Zoom ID: 947 838 0489, Password: M&M

On 11/8, counselors will be visiting English classes to follow-up with students regarding any questions they have from watching the presentation and reviewing the packet. There is also a zoom meeting offered to parents on 11/7 at 4:30 P.M. to ask follow-up questions after viewing the video presentation and reviewing the packet.
